The hard disk format for the MRS-1044 is FAT32. Thus, if the MRS-1044 is connected to a PC using the USB interface, all folders/files can be controlled on the PC. For power users, non-real-time processing such as data backup, creation of audio CDs and data export/import with DAW software can be performed on a PC.
